Dear Diary,
new fast starting tommorrow, the last one was slightly successful, but igained almost halfof it backover a few bad events....
but at least i have stillkept off some of it
i am attempting an insane fast coming up, but i dont want to write what i am doing down just yet,since it is such a huge thing.
i dont know if i'll make it for aslong as i want to go or not, but i am certainly gonna try...
schcool starts back soon and i have so manythings going on...
my goal is to get down to 125 by middle/late August...and thats like a little less than 2 months away...so yeah its hard to do, but i will settle for anywhere arounf 130-135....but me end goal is 125....
hopefully i can get there around september for sure!
i'd like to make it in time to put on awesome bathing suit and feel proud, but i dont know if i'll make it when summer is still here....
i'll try and keep in touch
and write down my progress in here
the first 5 days are the hardest
and after day 10 u get an energy boost and u dont feel as sick,so i cant wait to get to day 10....
hopefully all will go well, ttyl day one tomorrow!!
