NOPE--Screw that last entry. I don't think I am gonna even do that diet!!! Tommorrow, I am fasting!!! I searched on Goggle for that diet, and it brought up this page : http://www.idiet4u.com/diets/sacredheart.html

There are like 10 other diets listed with it so it sounds like something dumb....I'm so stupid....... Why did i think some other thing was gonna work!!?!?
